Business Experience
Holding positions of customer service
representative, call center manager, trainer, product manager, project
manager, and team lead, I bring over 20 years of experience working in Fortune
500 companies to my business clients. I have personally experienced the
challenges of downsizing and the 'better, faster, cheaper' environment, and
now coach executive directors, middle managers, team leads, and supervisors to
maximize their own effectiveness in order to achieve better results. In
addition, I hold a B.S. degree in Organizational Behavior that enriches my
experiential knowledge of leadership, culture, communication, and
effectiveness.
Life Experience
Transforming my personal and professional life over
the last five years, I now help others discover the options and opportunities
available to them so that they can lead richer, happier, more fulfilling
lives. I believe that we must take care of ourselves first, before we can be
there for anyone else. Finding that balance between self-care and service to
others is the focus I bring to my clients.
